ABA Services
Expert ABA support delivered directly to your screen — wherever you are.
Overview
For families in rural areas, families with busy schedules, or children who thrive best at home, telehealth ABA makes evidence-based services accessible no matter where you are. Geographic distance and transportation barriers are no longer reasons to go without the support your family needs.
Our BCBAs deliver live coaching and consultation sessions via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms. You do not need specialized equipment — all you need is a device with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space for your session.
Telehealth ABA is especially effective for parent training and caregiver coaching because sessions take place in your actual environment — the same rooms, routines, and relationships where your child lives. That real-world context makes coaching immediately applicable and meaningful.
Services
Our telehealth ABA services cover the full range of clinical support your family needs — all delivered via secure video.
Your BCBA guides you in real time as you work with your child. Rather than simply telling you what to do, your BCBA watches, coaches, and gives immediate feedback during actual interactions with your child. This hands-on approach accelerates your skill development as a caregiver.
Your BCBA reviews session data, evaluates your child's progress toward treatment goals, and makes evidence-based updates to the treatment plan. Telehealth allows this clinical oversight to occur regularly and efficiently without requiring travel, ensuring your child's program stays current.
When a new or escalating behavior emerges, you need answers fast. Our BCBAs provide dedicated consultation sessions to address specific behavioral challenges — reviewing antecedents, consequences, and function — and help you implement an immediate response strategy.
Build your skills for everyday moments — mealtimes, bath time, transitions, community outings. Your BCBA designs training sessions that fit your family's specific routines and challenges, empowering every member of the household to support your child's growth consistently.
Is This Right for Us?

Telehealth expands access to families across every region of Missouri — including rural communities in the Ozarks, Bootheel, and beyond where in-person ABA services may be limited or unavailable.
Many families use telehealth alongside in-home sessions to extend clinical contact hours and accelerate their child's progress.

Questions
Research supports the effectiveness of telehealth ABA, particularly for parent training and caregiver coaching components. Multiple peer-reviewed studies have found that parent coaching delivered via telehealth produces outcomes comparable to in-person coaching. For some families — especially those in rural areas who previously had no access to services at all — telehealth represents a significant upgrade in care. That said, telehealth is most effective when combined with direct in-person therapy, and our BCBAs will help you determine the right service mix for your child's specific goals and needs.
In most cases, yes. Telehealth ABA services are covered by most major insurance carriers and by Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet). Insurance coverage for telehealth has expanded significantly and many plans now cover ABA delivered via telehealth at the same rate as in-person services. Our intake team will verify your specific benefits before any sessions begin to confirm your coverage and out-of-pocket costs. Contact us and we will handle the insurance verification at no charge.
For some families and some treatment goals, telehealth alone can be sufficient — particularly for ongoing parent training, supervision, and consultation. However, for children requiring intensive direct therapy (especially young children in early intervention), in-person services with an RBT are typically still the most effective delivery model. We often recommend a blended approach: in-person direct therapy sessions combined with telehealth BCBA coaching and supervision. Your child's BCBA will discuss the best combination of services based on your child's age, goals, and current progress level.
